Premier League club stadiums: From newest to the oldest – can you guess which ones are over 100 years old?

West Ham’s first season at the London Stadium marks the first time since 1904 that the East London club have called a ground other than Upton Park their home.

The Hammers are the latest in a list of Premier League clubs to leave a much-loved ground in favour of a modern stadium.

NB. In some cases current Premier League stadiums were in use for other sports before hosting football, but we are counting only from the year in which the ground began hosting football matches.
