Darren Fletcher and Jonny Evans are likely to be fit to face Liverpool after suffering no lasting damage for West Brom on Saturday.
The experienced Albion duo picked up minor injuries in the Baggies’ 1-1 draw at Bournemouth at the weekend but are expected to recover in time for the final Premier League game of the season.
Fletcher sustained an impact injury following Harry Arter’s forceful second-half tackle.
Albion head coach Tony Pulis felt the challenge merited a red card as replays showed the Bournemouth midfielder was high and late when he arrived fractions of a second after Fletcher for a 50-50 ball.
Evans is understood to have tweaked a groin stretching for a ball during the first half at the Vitality Stadium.
However, neither player reported to the training ground for specialist treatment on Monday which means both should be fit for the visit of Liverpool on Sunday.
Stephane Sessegnon could be in contention for Albion’s final match after missing out at Bournemouth with a bug.
