West Ham have no intention of cashing in on Dimitri Payet this summer following reports Chelsea are preparing a move.
Chelsea scouts have been tracking the France international for some time and reports say they have urged new Blues boss Antonio Conte to make a move.
However, the Hammers have no intention of selling their star man, who netted a wonder strike for France at Euro 2016 on Friday, and say he is not available at any price.
The £10.7million signing only penned a new five-year deal in February, worth £125,000 a week, and the Hammers want to build a winning team around him
Real Madrid have also been linked with a move and so the Hammers’ resolve looks certain to be tested again before transfer window closes at the end of the summer.
