Championship club Sheffield Wednesday have signed Sunderland winger Will Buckley on a season-long loan.
The 26-year-old had loan spells at the Owls’ fellow-Championship sides Leeds United and Birmingham City last season.
He has previously played for Watford and Brighton, before joining Sunderland in August 2014 on a three-year deal.
Meanwhile, goalkeeper Keiren Westwood, 31, has signed a contract extension to stay with the Owls until the end of the 2018-19 season.
The Republic of Ireland international had two years remaining on his previous deal.
