Conte’s defence is due to make its final statement to the court next Monday with a verdict due in mid-May.
A Chelsea spokesman said the club would not comment on an ongoing investigation.
Conte is the man to bring the good times back to Chelsea, according to Swansea boss Francesco Guidolin.
The pair have been Serie A rivals and Guidolin says Chelsea, who Swansea host on Saturday, have got the right man to succeed Jose Mourinho.
“I think he is ready to come into the Premier League,” said Guidolin. “He is a young manager, he is strong and an important figure.
“He is an impressive manager who has been successful and I think he can be successful with Chelsea. He is the right appointment and I hope I will get the chance to see him again next season.”
