“I am sure we can improve and be more like ourselves next season”

“The chairman has said he will review it at the end of the season and he is perfectly entitled to do so because we do not want this to happen again.

“The Premier League has been very different to last season, the main thing for us now is to make sure we finish the job of staying in it and I am sure we can improve and be more like ourselves next season.”

While attempting to ensure the Swans remain in the top-flight next season, Taylor is also looking to nail down his place in Chris Coleman’s Wales squad for the Euro 2016 finals.

Taylor, 27, was a regular starter during the Dragons’ successful qualification campaign but knows better than most that nothing can be taken for granted.
