Napoli will move for Leicester and Tottenham target Nikola Kalinic should they sell Manolo Gabbiadini to Everton.
The Merseyside club are reportedly close to agreeing a deal to land the young Italian and Napoli will need a replacement.
And now the Gazzetta dello Sport has claimed that they will turn their full attention to landing Kalinic before the close of the window.
That could come as bad news for both Leicester and Tottenham, who have been linked with the forward over the past two months, while West Ham and Chelsea have also been credited with an interest in the former Blackburn man.
Fiorentina, however, are loathed to sell the 28-year-old, who bagged 12 goals in 36 Serie A outings last term, in what was his first season since arriving from Dnipro.
But it has been reported that Napoli are ready to part with £30m as they hope to tempt Fiorentina into selling.
