Napoli will hold contract talks with Gonzalo Higuain this week as interest from Arsenal and Chelsea continues to grow.
The striker bagged a staggering 38 goals in 42 appearances last season, sparking interest from several clubs.
Arsenal and Chelsea are both tracking the 28-year-old, while Paris Saint-Germain are also ready to make an approach.
But, according to Gazzetta dello Sport, Napoli will hold contract talks with Higuain this week to resolve his future.
The Italian club are desperate to keep the Argentina international and as a result they are ready to make him one of the highest paid players in Italy.
Napoli will offer Higuain a contract worth a reported £105,000-a-week, which would extend his stay until 2020.
