Starsport understands around a 1000 season ticket holders will have to be relocated to other parts of the ground.
Relegation is expected to spark yet more upheaval in Villa’s boardroom with Bevington believed to be considering his future following the decision of David Bernstein and Lord Mervyn King to quit.
The former FA PR guru and Club England managing director was brought in by Bernstein to sit on Villa’s new football board and help in the hunt for a new manager.
But Bernstein and King walked out on Monday following a clash with owner Randy Lerner, leaving Bevington and former manager Brian Little as the only men left on the football board.
A shortlist of potential managers, including Nigel Pearson, David Moyes, Steve Bruce, Sean Dyche and Mick McCarthy, has already been drawn up.
But chairman Steve Hollis, who admits to having limited football knowledge, might now have to lead the appointment process after Bernstein resigned.
Little, who returned as an advisor, will now take on a more senior role helping Hollis.
