AS Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan says he would be interested in a move to Chelsea and has hinted a deal could happen.
Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is showing a strong interest in the Belgium international as he looks to bolster his midfield, but Roma have insisted the player is not for sale.
The Belgium international has been a regular fixture since arriving at the Stadio Olimpico permanently in 2014 from Cagliari, making 70 Serie A appearances and scoring 11 goals.
Several top European outfits are rumoured to be showing an interest but it is Chelsea that are leading the race.
Nainggolan, who previously stated leaving Roma would be difficult, has revealed he would have to give a move to Stamford Bridge some thought if a bid was lodged.
“An offer from Chelsea is a big deal and you have to take into consideration,” he told La Gazzetta dello Sport. “IÂ’ve said what I want, now letÂ’s see what the club have to say.”
