West Brom are set to be boosted by the return to training of James Morrison following a two-and-a-half month hamstring injury absence.
The Scotland international midfielder picked up the problem during the 2-2 draw against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge in mid-January and has been sidelined ever since.
However, Morrison has been told he can integrate with his Albion team-mates in full training from the start of next week with a view to being back in Tony Pulis’ first-team for around the remaining month of the Premier League season.
Albion’s Director of Performance Mark Gillett told the club’s website: “We have had to pace JimmyÂ’s recovery very carefully but we are pleased with his progress now.
“We expect his return to full training next week.”
