Manchester United’s Anthony Martial insists he doesn’t mind where he plays but he sees himself as a striker.
Martial has impressed for the Old Trafford side this season but has been played in a wide role by boss Louis van Gaal at times.
The 20-year-old, a big money summer buy from Monaco, stressed he is happy to play wherever required but the France international considers himself to be a striker.
“Foremost I am a striker,” he told Sky Sports. “It doesn’t bother me at all which position I play. When I am on the pitch I just focus on helping the team that’s all.
“I just want to help the team, and when I score I am happier, I am a striker and that’s how it goes.”
