Manchester United news: ‘Game five in the Premier League and Jose Mourinho has already run out of ideas!’

18 Sep

Jose Mourinho is making history at Manchester United.

By that, we mean losing three consecutive games as a manager for the first time in ten years.

The Red Devils lost to Watford on Sunday – also their first defeat to the club in over 30 years as Walter Mazzarri’s Hornets were 3-1 winners at Vicarage Road.

Etienne Capoue put the hosts ahead before starlet Marcus Rashford drew the visitors level, and it looked like the game was only going one way.

But the Hornets stood strong and on-loan star Juan Zuniga scored soon after coming on as a substitute, with Troy Deeney sealing the win in added time from the spot.

United have now lost to rivals Man City, Feyenoord [in the Europa League] and Watford in the last nine days. Their next fixture is a trip to Northampton in the EFL Cup – LIVE on talkSPORT.

Mourinho appeared to be refreshed as his United started the season well, but, pitchside in Hertfordshire, he did not look best pleased with his side.
