Manchester City expected XI: Pep Guardiola to pick this 4-3-3 against Burnley?

“Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City side ran out 3-1 winners against Watford in their previous Premier League game”

Pep Guardiola’s men ran out 3-1 winners against Watford in their previous Premier League game.

Raheem Sterling bagged the quickest goal so far this season to open the scoring, before a Christian Kabasele own goal gave them breathing space 12 minutes later.

And with just over 25 minutes remaining, Sergio Aguero put City out of sight by making it 3-0 – meaning a late Andre Gray consolation strike meant very little.

Now the league leaders turn their attention to an FA Cup tie with Burnley at the Etihad – but who will start for them?

Guardiola will be without long-term absentee Benjamin Mendy, injured trio Vincent Kompany, Phil Foden and Gabriel Jesus, along with David Silva who is unavailable due to personal reasons. Kevin De Bruyne and Kyle Walker are also doubts.
