Man City step up chase for West Ham ace: They’re rivalling neighbours United for £10m man

West Ham rate Oxford, who is currently on England Under-19 duty, at £10m despite his lack of experience.

He’s been likened to former United great Rio Ferdinand – who also came through the Hammers’ academy system before an £18m switch to Leeds in 2000.
