Lyon star Nabil Fekir names Arsenal and Manchester City as among clubs he could join

Nabil Fekir has revealed joining Arsenal or Manchester City is an option for him – but his dream switch would be a move to Spain.

The attacking midfielder has been in fine form for Lyon this season and he has already bagged 12 goals and four assists in Ligue 1.

It has led to reports linking the Frenchman with a move to Arsenal, while Barcelona are tracking him too.

Fekir has now responded to those claims by stating he is happy at Lyon.

But the 24-year-old has also added fuel to the fire by revealing he could join Arsenal or Manchester City, even if his dream is to play in Spain.

“The interest from Barcelona? That’s something which really pleases me,” Fekir is quoted as saying by AS.

“I’ve not received any firm offers. I’m in Lyon, I play for Lyon and I’m fine where I am.

“Could this be my last season here? I don’t know what the future will bring me. I still have two years to run on my contract.

“Spain and La Liga would be a dream destination for me: Real Madrid, Barca, Atletico… they are all great clubs.

“And England too, with Manchester City, Arsenal.”
