Chelsea could offer Everton both Loic Remy and Asmir Begovic in the hope of concluding a deal for Toffees striker Romelu Lukaku.
Chelsea have been heavily linked with a move to re-sign Lukaku this summer but have so far been unable to agree a fee with Everton, who are holding out for £75million.
Blues boss Antonio Conte is unwilling to go that high but reports now claim he is prepared to sacrifice striker Remy and goalkeeper Begovic, to secure a deal.
Everton chief Ronald Koeman is keen on Remy and is also on the look out for another goalkeeper after Tim Howard returned to the United States.
Maarten Stekelenburg has been signed from Fulham but Begovic would be a top-class number one at Goodison Park, while Remy would help fill the void left by Lukaku and there would still be cash to spend.
Whether a deal can be hammered out remains to be seen but Chelsea clearly want Lukaku back and will not give up without a fight.
