Chelsea target Romelu Lukaku admits a move away from Everton is likely but says a return to Stamford Bridge is not definite.
The Belgian international has been a revelation for the Toffees this season, but their failure to even make the top half of the table has resulted in the striker seeking a move.
The 23-year-old has been linked with a return to Chelsea but a number of top European clubs, including Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain have also been linked.
“In my head, I have already made a decision, weÂ’ll see,” he has been quoted as saying.
When pushed further over whether a return to Chelsea could happen, Lukaku suggested he has options and plenty to consider.
“ItÂ’s true that the English competition suits me perfectly, but there are plenty of other beautiful clubs,” he added.
“In recent weeks, Everton were difficult, as a forward it also depends on the performance of my team-mates, but I still continued to work hard.”
Manchester United are also in the running and former Blues boss Jose Mourinho could make a bid if, as expected, he takes charge at Old Trafford.
