Everton’s new majority share holder Farhad Moshiri is determined to keep hold of Romelu Lukaku and has slapped a £75m price tag on him.
The Belgium striker only joined the club on a full-time basis last summer but has been linked with a host of other clubs and has been agitating for a move away from Goodison Park.
Moshiri is said to be considering a new and lucrative contract for the striker in order to keep him at Everton, despite the feelings of a section of fans who believe they should cash in on a player who appears to be unsettled.
Lukaku himself has said he is leaving his future firmly in the hands of his agent Mino Raiola who hinted last week that his client may yet stay with the Toffees.
