According to reports, Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Hugo Lloris is on the verge of penning a new contract.
Spurs were given a huge boost on Friday when head coach Mauricio Pochettino verbally agreed fresh terms that will tie him to the North London outfit until 2021.
It now appears the club have also convinced their number one shot-stopper to extend his stay at White Hart Lane and a deal is expected to be completed in the coming days.
The France international has been in superb form once again this season and his impressive performances have helped the team to second place in the Premier League table.
Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain were rumoured to be showing a keen interest in the Tottenham ace and a big-money summer offer was set to be lodged.
However, Lloris looks set to stay in England for the foreseeable future as the club get ready for Champions League football next season.
