Gonzalo Higuain will sort his future after this summer’s Copa America – amid reported interest from Liverpool.
The striker was in stunning form for Napoli last season and set a new Serie A record by scoring 36 goals in 35 league appearances.
Liverpool have since been linked with the 28-year-old and their manager Jurgen Klopp was spotted at Argentina’s recent match with Chile.
That has sparked rumours that Higuain is on the cusp of moving to Anfield this summer once Liverpool agree a fee with Napoli.
However, the Argentina international has remained coy on the matter and insisted that this future will be sorted after the Copa America.
“I’m only thinking about the national team. We’ll talk after the Copa,” Higuain told Sky Italia.
