Liverpool are close to completing the signing of Sadio Mane.
The Reds agreed a deal with Southampton for the forward over the weekend and he will undergo a medical on Monday.
The fee is understood to be in excess of £30million.
Should the deal go through, Mane will be the fifth player in the last three seasons to leave the Saints for Liverpool after Dejan Lovren, Rickie Lambert, Adam Lallana and Nathaniel Clyne all made the same switch.
Mane, 24, has impressed for Southampton since arriving from Red Bull Salzburg in 2014.
He has scored 25 goals in 75 appearances for the south coast club – with two of his strikes coming against Liverpool last season.
The Senegal international will be Jurgen Klopp’s fourth addition of the summer, following Marko Grujic, Joel Matip and Loris Karius in moving to Anfield.
The deal, which is likely to be concluded by Tuesday or Wednesday, will see Mane become Liverpool’s third most expensive signing after Andy Carroll [£35m] and Christian Benteke [£32.5m].
Southampton, without a manager after Ronald Koeman left for Everton, have already prepared for the player’s departure by bringing in England Under-21 international Nathan Redmond.
