Liverpool duo Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino were both on the score sheet for Brazil in their 5-0 win over Bolivia on Thursday.

The in-form pair helped Tite‘s side to victory in 2018 World Cup qualifying, with Neymar, Filipe Luis and Man City new boy Gabriel Jesus also getting on the score sheet.

Playmaker Coutinho doubled his country’s lead in the first half when he coolly converted Neymar’s square ball across the box.

The 24-year-old then turned provider in the second half, taking the corner which substitute Firmino headed home at the far post to complete the scoring.

Firmino, who scored in Liverpool’s win at Swansea last week, now has four goals in eight appearances for his club, with Jurgen Klopp’s men enjoying a fine run of form which has seen them go within two points from top spot in the Premier League.

Fans on the red half of Merseyside are delighted with their team and they were pleased to see their two creative players combining well on the world stage.
