Liverpool have failed with an approach for Gremio star Luan Vieira.
The striker is on several clubs’ radars this summer after bagging 17 goals last season.
Leicester City have expressed an interest, while Barcelona are also keeping tabs on the 23-year-old’s availability.
However, according to Sport, Liverpool have failed in their attempts to prise Luan away from Brazil.
The Reds scouted the forward several times last season and they were reportedly ready to firm up their interest this summer.
But those plans must now be shelved after Gremio told Liverpool that Luan is not for sale at the moment.
