Tottenham are reportedly set to launch a summer swoop for Wolfsburg forward Max Kruse as they look to bolster their ranks.
The 28-year-old joined Wolfsburg last summer for a fee in the region of 12million Euros from Borussia Monchengladbach.
Kruse scored six times in 31 appearances during his debut campaign but it is understood that he is looking to find a new challenge overseas.
The Germany international, who has bagged 4 goals in his 14 caps, is reportedly available for 8million Euros and is said to be tempting Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino to open his cheque book.
The Spurs boss has made no secret of his desire to strengthen his attacking line in order to relieve some of the pressure from star man Harry Kane’s shoulders.
