Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has hinted he could take a risk on Laurent Koscielny for Saturday’s clash with Leicester City.
Koscielny along with Mesut Ozil and Olivier Giroud were all rested for the opening weekend defeat to Liverpool after their Euro 2016 exertions but Wenger may look to involve the central defender at the King Power Stadium.
The inexperienced back four conceded four against Liverpool at the weekend and Wenger has revealed Koscielny could be brought back in to help tighten things up.
Elsewhere, Aaron Ramsey (hamstring) and Alex Iwobi (thigh) are missing after picking up injuries against Liverpool while Gabriel (ankle), Per Mertesacker, Danny Welbeck and Carl Jenkinson (all knee) are also sidelined.
Provisional Squad: Cech, Ospina, Debuchy, Bellerin, Holding, Koscielny, Chambers, Gibbs, Monreal, Coquelin, Elneny, Xhaka, Cazorla, Wilshere, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Ozil, Sanchez, Campbell, Walcott, Akpom, Giroud.
