Shrewsbury boss Micky Mellon believes that in-form Crystal Palace loanee Sullay Kaikai has a bright future in the game.
Kaikai, who progressed through the Palace youth academy, is enjoying his second loan spell with the League One side this season.
The 20-year-old is firmly settled into Mellon’s side and claimed the League One Player of the Month award for March after netting six times in a six-game unbeaten run.
Mellon is certain that the winger will have a bright future as he looks to force his way into contention when he returns to Palace next season.
He said: “We’re delighted for him and it’s thoroughly deserved. It’s just reward for a fantastic month for a terrific young player. He’s a talented lad and he’s got a very promising future but heÂ’s got to keep doing it.”
