Liverpool are reported to be lining up a swoop for Inter Milan midfielder Marcelo Brozovic but face competition from Juventus.
The Croatian international is reported to have fallen out with the Serie A giants over the lack of a new deal, and reports claim he is heading for the exit door at the San Siro.
The 23-year-old will not be short of offers should he become available, and reports are rife that Reds boss Jurgen Klopp wants to wrap up a deal before the transfer deadline passes.
Brozovic would add some strength in depth to the Liverpool midfield but Klopp faces a battle to land him as reports in Italy claim that Juve are also in the hunt.
As well as offering the player the chance to stay in Italy, Juve can also offer Champions League football this season and that could swing the deal in their favour.
Klopp will hope the chance to play in the Premier League could still win the day, but for now Juve look to be favourites to secure a deal.
