Huddersfield Town midfielder Jonathan Hogg has signed a new deal that will keep him at the Championship club until 2019, with a 12-month club option.
The 27-year-old has appeared 88 times for the Terriers since joining from Watford in 2013.
Hogg suffered a season-ending knee injury in February, but has featured regularly in pre-season.
“He is a player who embodies our ‘Terriers Identity’ as much as any other,” said head coach David Wagner.
“His tenacity on the pitch is a great example to any player, his fitness is second-to-none and he is a good character as well.”
