West Ham are still on the hunt for a new striker and have turned their attentions to Toulouse striker Wissam Ben Yedder.
The Hammers have been looking to add to their frontline all summer but failed in their attempts to land Michy Batshuayi, Alexandre Lacazette and Christian Benteke.
AC Milan striker Carlos Bacca was linked last week but negotiations are not understood to have gone well following a £26million bid.
Reports claim that West Ham have not yet been disheartened and will look to lure Ben Yedder away from the Ligue 1 outfit.
The east London club have spoken with the striker’s agent, Meissa N’Diaye, having previously made contact in January when they first expressed an interest.
It’s understood that Ben Yedder will be available for 10million euros but Premier League champions Leicester are also keen on him.
Ben Yedder netted 17 league goals last season despite Toulouse suffering relegation and, with one year left on his current deal, a move is expected.
