Antonio Conte will step aside as Italy coach after the tournament after penning a three-year deal with Chelsea, and the hunt is now on for his successor.

Guidolin looks on course to guide Swansea to Premier League survival, but there is a huge question mark over whether he will remain at the Liberty Stadium beyond the end of the season.

Reports are rife that Brendan Rodgers will return to Swansea in the summer, leaving the way clear for Guidolin to take charge of the Italy side as they attempt to qualify for the 2018 World Cup.
