Norwich are reported to have enquired about the possibility of signing Saint Etienne midfielder Fabien Lemoine this summer.
Canaries boss Alex Neil is already busy planning for next season with players sure to come and go, and a new midfielder is reported to be on his radar.
Reports in the French media suggest Lemoine could be heading to Carrow Road after it was decided he will be leaving Saint Etienne following a five-year spell at the club.
Lemoine has arguably just completed his most impressive season with Saint Etienne, and such form has caught the eye of the Canaries, who would like to get him on board.
The reports claim that Lemoine could head to England or stay in France with the club he supported as a boy, Rennes.
Rennes’ interest could make it a tough decision for the 27-year-old, but the bigger salary and the prospect of eventually playing in the Premier League, could swing the deal in Norwich’s favour.
