Franck Ribery blasts new Manchester City coach Pep Guardiola

Meanwhile Guardiola is struggling to get rid of Wilfried Bony.

He is keen to off-load the striker after deciding he is surplus to requirements.

But club bosses have slapped a £25m price-tag on the Ivorian hitman which is pricing him out of a move elsewhere.

City splashed out £28m on Bony to sign him from Swansea in January 2015, but he has been a massive disappointment.

He now faces the humiliation of being sold just 18 months after becoming the most expensive African footballer in history.

It is understood chairman Khaldoon Al-Mubarak has given Bony’s representatives permission to find him a new club.
