Fraser Forster is flattered by talk of interest from Chelsea, but the goalkeeper insists his focus is solely on Southampton.
The former Celtic keeper, who made his return in January after nine months out with a knee injury, has been heavily linked with a move to Stamford Bridge as the Blues target a new keeper.
Forster says he is flattered to be linked with a club like Chelsea but has no thoughts of leaving Southampton just yet and is also focused on challenging Joe Hart for the England jersey.
He said: “I think it is a compliment in many ways because if you are being linked with teams then you are obviously doing the right things.
“I have two years left on my contract at Southampton and I have loved my time here. I can’t thank the club enough for the way they have stood by me when I was injured.
“I’m just concentrating on the day-to-day business here at the club and then hopefully I can have a good summer with England.”
