He added: “There comes a point in your career where you are not satisfied unless you’re playing football every week and these three need to show some real desire.
“You have to play football week in, week out or years go by wasted.
“It’s a very short career and you want to be part of that main event and have a feeling of ‘I’ve got nothing to lose and I have to make my mark’.
“That’s the sort of attitude we want, and Arsene Wenger wants, to see from these three players.”
