EXCLUSIVE: Brendan Rodgers set to be named as Swansea boss

Swans chairman Huw Jenkins wants to keep the Irishman’s return to the Liberty Stadium under wraps out of respect to current manager Francesco Guidolin.

But Starsport understands a £90,000-a-week deal has been agreed with Rodgers, who has been out of work since being sacked by Liverpool in October.

He was axed after a 1-1 draw with Everton, which left the Anfield side in tenth place, and replaced by German Jurgen Klopp.
