Napoli star Manolo Gabbiadini is ready to sign a new contract after his summer move to Everton fell through.
The Toffees were frantically trying to sign the Italian late in the transfer window as they attempted to bring in a striker.
However, Everton were unable to agree a fee for the 24-year-old despite being locked in negotiations with Napoli.
And now, according to Corriere dello Sport, Gabbiadini is ready to end speculation about his future by signing a new contract.
The striker has scheduled a meeting with Napoli next week and his agent, Silvio Pagliari, is already drawing up his demands.
Gabbiadini’s new contract is expected to run until the summer of 2021 and include a significant pay rise.
