EVERTON ALERT! Defender Ramiro Funes Mori threatens to leave if he doesn’t get more game time with Toffees
Ramiro Funes Mori has warned Everton he will look to leave if he doesn’t get more action.
The defender has been in and out of the first-team since Ronald Koeman’s appointment this summer and he is no longer a guaranteed starter.
That has sparked rumours the 25-year-old could be off, with a return to Argentina reportedly on the cards.
And now Funes Mori has responded to that speculation by revealing he could leave Goodison Park if he doesn’t get enough playing time.
“I started playing, but then the manager decided I had to be a substitute,” he said in an interview with La Nacion.
“I’ll see how things are going, because if I don’t play I will look for a way out to have that continuity of which we spoke, because I’ve place in the national team also based on play.”
