England boss Sam Allardyce allegedy negotiated six-figure deal and advice on transfers

The FA has been handed dossiers of the allegations and are set to speak to Allardyce, who was only appointed at Roy Hodgson’s successor in July.

During the meetings, which lasted four hours and were filmed, the England manager also criticised Hodgson, dubbing him “Woy” and claiming he was too “indecisive” at Euro 2016.

Hodgson resigned as England crashed out of the competition to minnows Iceland and Allardyce realised a lifelong ambition when he was appointed the following month.

“He’d send them all to sleep, Roy. Woy. He hasn’t got the personality for it,” said Allardyce. “Players let him down in the end. I think maybe he, he was too indecisive. Cast a bit of an anxiety over to the players maybe. I mean prior to the Iceland game, he won all 10 qualifiers. We’d drawn with Russia, we should have won. We beat Wales, and that was our worst performance.
