Crystal Palace are said to be one of three Premier League clubs looking to sign Cameroon defender Eyong Enoh on a free transfer.
The 30-year-old has made it clear he will not sign an extension with Belgian club Standard Liege this summer and is looking for a move elsewhere, with a return to England on the cards.
Enoh had a brief spell on loan at Fulham in 2013 and his agent revealed last week that several Premier League sides had expressed an interest in his client.
Everton are believed to be leading the race for his signature but Crystal Palace are also thought to be in the mix, while new-boys Hull City have expressed an interest.
The Eagles are in need of defensive reinforcements this summer after boss Alan Pardew allowed Brede Hangeland, Adrian Mariappa, and Paddy McCarthy to leave at the end of their contracts and is expected to bring in several new faces to bolster his backline.
