Chelsea have concerns over the fitness of Eden Hazard and Diego Costa after they limped out of the defeat against Paris Saint-Germain.
The Blues have been left licking their wounds as PSG left Stamford Bridge with a 2-1 win to confirm their place in the Champions League quarter-finals, but just to rub the salt in, both Hazard and Costa picked up injuries.
Interim boss Guus Hiddink has confirmed Costa was not 100 percent fit heading into the game and could have aggravated the problem, while Hazard has damaged his hip.
Chelsea now have to wait to discover the full extent of the damage to both players, but they will be huge doubts for the Premier League clash with Stoke this weekend.
“We will see if there is big damage tomorrow,” Hiddink revealed after the game. “Hazard has a little problem with his latest hip injury.
“Diego was desperate to play today although he was not 100 per cent fit. He was desperate. I donÂ’t know if that has become worse, we will see.
“I hope it isnÂ’t worse than before the Stoke game, because in two days we will have to play another game.”
