Crystal Palace have been boosted by the news Connor Wickham and Bakary Sakho are back training but Yohan Cabaye is still missing.
Sakho has not played this season after picking up a groin problem, but he is now back in training along with a number of other Palace stars as the treatment room starts to clear.
This weekend’s game against Stoke could come too soon for him, but Palace boss Keith Millen is delighted to see a number of key players starting to return.
“Quite a lot of the injured lads are back in training and had three good days of work. The squad is looking healthier,” Millen said of the injury situation.
“Connor and Bakary are back in full training. Fraizer Campbell is nearly there but not quiet. Zeki Fryers is fit.
“The only one that is not quite fit yet is Yohan Cabaye for this weekend. It is good to have a bit more strength in the squad and on the bench.”
Palace entertain Stoke at Selhurst Park on Sunday looking to build on the much-needed three points they picked up against Middlesbrough last weekend.
