Osasuna have made Real Betis midfielder Didier Digard their second signing of the day after the arrival of Newcastle striker Emmanuel Riviere.
Both players have agreed loan deals until the end of the season.
Frenchman Digard completed his medical on Wednesday morning and will hope to kick-start his LaLiga career with Osasuna having managed only a handful of appearances for Real Betis after joining from Nice last summer.
The announcement of his arrival came after Riviere completed a similar move from Newcastle, with Osasuna having an option to buy the forward at the end of the season.
Newcastle signed Riviere from Monaco in July 2014 but the 26-year-old has made only 31 appearances in all competitions since, scoring three goals.
