AC Milan are reportedly lining up a 30million euros offer for Chelsea winger Juan Cuadrado.
Cuadrado arrived at Stamford Bridge back in February 2015, joining from Fiorentina for just over £23m, but his first-team opportunities have been limited since.
The Colombia international has made just 13 Premier League appearances and spent last season on loan at Italian champions Juventus, who are also said to be interested in a permanent deal.
New Blues boss Antonio Conte says he is keen to work with the 28-year-old but the former Italy manager’s resolve looks set to be tested by a big-money offer.
Milan, who are managed by ex-Fiorentina coach Vincenzo Montella, are willing to stump up a considerable amount of money in order to land one of their top transfer targets.
A return to Serie A could be exactly what Cuadrado needs to get his career back on track and the opportunity to work with Montella again may be too hard to refuse.
