Chelsea are set to step up their pursuit of Everton striker Romelu Lukaku now that Antonio Conte has been confirmed as manager.
The Italian has put pen-to-paper on a three-year deal at Stamford Bridge to end months of speculation regarding who will be in charge of the Blues next season.
Conte will now focus on the European Championships with Italy this summer, but that will not stop Chelsea officials from targeting the new signings he has requested.
Lukaku is said to be at the top of his wanted list and reports claim that Chelsea could be willing to spend as much as £50million to bring him back to the club.
The striker has said on more than one occasion that he is considering his future at Goodison Park, but he will have to be convinced that one more season without Champions League football will not hamper his career.
Everton will again dig in, just like they did last summer regards John Stones, but it is thought the money on the table will be too good for them to turn down.
