Sheffield Wednesday, Burnley and Hull are hoping to land Callum McManaman after West Brom signed Matt Phillips to replace him.
McManaman is more likely to be made available following the acquisition of one of boss Tony Pulis’ long-term transfer targets.
The 25-year-old winger made only two Premier League starts and ten substitute appearances last season, although he did miss almost three months of the campaign with an ankle injury.
He is under contract with West Brom, who are 7/4 to be relegated from the Premier League next season, until 2018 with the option of a further year so Albion can expect to command a fee in the region of £4million for his services.
However, reports have claimed that Sheffield Wednesday are interested in a season-long loan deal for the ex-Wigan star, who was named Man of the Match in the 2013 FA Cup Final.
Burnley and Hull can offer Premier League football to the Merseysider but McManaman might be more interested in what his first-team chances would be at his next club.
