Chelsea v West Ham team news: Confirmed line ups – Loic Remy replaces the suspended Diego Costa

Chelsea host West Ham United on Saturday afternoon in the Premier League, kick off 3pm GMT.

The Hammers have a terrible record at Stamford Bridge, with their last Premier League win at their rivals’ ground coming in 2002.

This season, however, has seen new manager Slaven Bilic implement a new style at the club, lifting the club above Chelsea and into England’s top six.

Having won the reverse fixture earlier in the campaign, and with the Blues now competing only for pride, there are few more difficult clashes to call.

And with kick off fast approaching, the teams have now been confirmed – take a look at who starts at the Bridge below.

Chelsea XI: Courtois, Ivanovic, Terry, Cahill, Azpilicueta, Fabregas, Mikel, Willian, Oscar, Kenedy, Remy

Subs: Begovic, Baba, Alexandre Pato, Traore, Pedro, Matic, Loftus-Cheek

West Ham XI: Adrian, Antonio, Reid, Ogbonna, Cresswell, Kouyate, Noble, Valencia, Lanzini, Payet, Sakho

Subs: Randolph, Song, Carroll, Obiang, O’Brien, Emenike, Oxford
