Former Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti is ready to challenge his former employers for the services of Kalidou Koulibaly.
According to Bild, the Bayern Munich manager wants to land the Napoli defender this summer, amid interest from Chelsea and Manchester United.
Incoming Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is working on a £24m deal to take him to Stamford Bridge but Bayern are hoping to lure him to Germany.
Koulibaly looks set to leave Napoli after an impressive season in Serie A last year but there are still talks ongoing about a potential new contract at the club.
However, that has not stopped both Chelsea and United’s pursuit of him, although Bayern reckon they may be able to steal ahead of both Premier League clubs and secure a deal of their own.
