Italy boss Conte, who takes over at Chelsea after Euro 2016, is also set for another tug of war with his old club over Juan Cuadrado.
Conte is keen to have Cuadrado back from his loan with the Serie A champions next season.
But Juventus want to make Cuadrado’s move permanent, and talks are expected to take place soon over his future.
Marotta said: “It will be a complicated deal. Juan has been important to us, but he is only on loan. Chelsea are well stocked in his position, though, so we will try to make a deal.”
Chelsea are still in talks with Roma over Greek defender Kostas Manolas but have yet to agree a fee.
