Chelsea will have to do a lot more than they managed against Stoke to overturn their 2-1 first leg deficit.
They scored a wonder goal after 39 minutes through impressive youngster Bertrand Traore but were pegged back by the visitors in the second half.
An equaliser from Mame Diouf five minutes from time after Thibaut Courtois had spilled the impressive Xherdan Shaqiri’s cross was well deserved.
Hiddink said: “We started without any wrestling for the first 15 or 20 minutes and were sloppy technically by some players who are not sloppy technically.
“We need to be angry in a controlled way on Wednesday they must be fully concentrated because PSG is a class team and they will punish you if you start sloppy.”
Stoke boss Mark Hughes reckons Chelsea might be better off concentrating on making up a 10 point deficit on fourth place in the Premier League.
He said: “I would have thought getting into the Champions League by their league position was their better chance than winning the Champions League.
“Nemanja Matic said they can win every game – when other teams’ players make those statements you pretty much dismiss them.
“But you don’t when a Chelsea player does it as you know they have that capability. We stopped them in their tracks but don’t back against them.”
